J'ai le message suivant à l'installation :Une erreur est survenue lors de l'execution de l'instaleur <<microsoft VC++ runtime>>.
Je suis allé sur les forums et essayé toutes les recommandations: Charger VB6 - VOIR LE FICHIER LOG SOUS %temp% (je ne l'ai pas trouvé sur mon ordi)...
Je suis sous XP version home avec le pack 3.

Vous savez à quoi correspond %temp% ?

C'est un répertoire. Mais ce n'est pas comme cela qu'il s'appelle. %temp% est une variable d'environnement. C'est dans le répertoire pointé par cette variable d'environnement que PostgreSQL met ses traces.

En fait, l’installation ne commence pas. j'ai le message d'erreur dès le début.Sur mon PC professionnel, l’installation s'est faite sans problèmes
(hormis les configurations qu'il reste à faire...car je ne peux pas accéder en local pour l'instant.mais c'est un autre problème).

Ah je n'avais pas réagi à ça… La version XP 'home', c'est celle où on ne peut même pas créer de compte non ?

C'est vraisemblablement du à la version Windows Home… pas de windows scripting host.

j'ai réussi :
1- télécharger et lancer le programme scripten http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/d … 4e7e844d81
2- s"assurer que l'extension .vbs est associé à Wscript.exe
3- S'assurer que Windows scripting host est sur "enabled" (programme XP-antispy ou NO-SCRIPT.EXE)
4- Démarrer -> Exécuter -> regsvr32 vbscript.dll -> OK
Et maintenant ça marche !
