Install pgadmin 4 on Ubuntu 18

Hello,
I have tried to install Pgadmin 4 on ubuntu 18.04 but i got this error message:

            Depends: libgcc-s1 (>= 3.0) but it is not installable
            Depends: libpython3.8 (>= 3.8.2) but 3.8.0-3~18.04 is to be installed
            Depends: libqt5core5a (>= 5.12.2) but 5.9.5+dfsg-0ubuntu2.5 is to be installed
pgadmin4-apache2 : Depends: pgadmin4-common (= 4.21-1.pgdg20.04+1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
root@vps812041:~# sudo apt install -y pgadmin4 pgadmin4-apache2
